What you’ll do

• Gain a deep understanding of the key metrics driving SAP’s Cloud business, strategy, and operations, including its services, solutions, and organizational structure.
• Provide guidance and enhance global Cloud Revenue and Current Cloud Backlog processes for Forecast, Budget, and Quarter-end closure.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in topline-related processes, with a focus on automation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders inside and outside Controlling as a "Trusted Business Advisor," understanding and supporting their business needs.
• Provide insightful reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including support for ad hoc Executive Board inquiries.
• Engage in project work to operationalize new Cloud KPIs and promote process automation and transparency.

What you bring

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, ideally with a focus or experience in Controlling, Finance, or Financial Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills paired with conceptual and structured thinking.
• Effective communication and social skills, with the ability to navigate complex frameworks.
• Proven ability to work within a team setting and independently coordinate between various stakeholders.
• Experience in topline-related finance processes and handling global financial topics.
• Skills in presenting analysis to senior management and self-management capabilities.
• Knowledge in ISP/BWP/CRM deal analysis; Revenue Accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Located within Global Controlling, the Cloud Controlling CoE Team acts as a strategic partner for SAP’s Finance, Portfolio, and Cloud Business organizations worldwide. We prioritize high-quality standards in analysis, reporting, and decision-making support to achieve operational excellence. Our portfolio includes Cloud Revenue, Current Cloud Backlog, Cloud Bookings, Cloud Renewals, Cloud Total Cost of Operations, Cloud Floor Pricing, and Cloud Capacity Management. The Cloud Revenue & CCB – Cross CoE unit focuses on providing central governance, tool support, and robust reporting and analysis to finance and business stakeholders, facilitating Budget, Forecast, and Quarter End Closing processes.
