YOUR FUTURE ROLE

• Act as a trusted Business Partner and support the Netherlands CS&D management and CFO to successfully steer the business
• Drive business-critical controlling activities (reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, closing activities)
• Deliver high-quality analyses on forecasts, latest estimates, and quarterly actuals, and coordinate the reporting process within the team and other finance/business teams
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for various reporting topics, e.g. KPI/Financial Reporting
• Close interaction with the Specialized Services Controlling team, BAC Cross team and other departments like Global Services Controlling, Operations etc., on all services controlling-related topics
• Participate in strategic projects & continuous improvement, especially in the context of simplification/automation

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of professional work experience with a strong focus on controlling or finance processes, experience with budget and forecast processes, and strong experience with common SAP applications (e.g. ISP, BW)
• Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills, strong sense of prioritization, results and execution-focused
• Comfort with working both in a team and independently, showing significant own initiative
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management
• Fluent English language skills, oral and writte
