■職務内容:新規開拓営業

- マーケティング部門から連携される潜在顧客に対し、営業として初回商談からクロージングまでを一貫して担当していただきます。
商談は他部門のスペシャリストたちと密に連携しながら顧客課題を抽出し、最終的にはDX価値を経営アジェンダとして訴求します。
- 担当領域:
・従業員500名以上の中堅企業から売上1兆円企業まで様々なレイヤーを少数精鋭で担当

・基礎を大事にしながら営業として譲れないこだわりを持っている方
- コンカー営業としての基礎を固めた後に、今までの経験やこだわりを最大限活かしてDX価値を伝えていってください。
・自走力がありながらもうまく周りを頼れる方
- 主体性をもって自ら発信していくことが求められますが、すべてを自身で完結することはありません。

■典型的な1週間

■ 月曜日:週のスタート10:00〜 チームミーティング営業だけでなく、インサイドセールス/プリセールス/アライアンス/マーケなどと情報共有→ 1週間の活動をスタート■ 金曜日:振り返り上長との1on1パイプラインの進捗確認、案件相談→ 1週間の振り返り+翌週の計画をブラッシュアップ■ 平日(日常業務)既存顧客との打ち合わせ新規商談の対応提案に向けた社内会議パートナーとのコミュニケーション→ 担当テリトリーの活動を裁量を持って実施■ 月1回程度セールス本部/全体ミーティング→ 情報収集・全社方針の共有

■応募資格

・ITソリューション営業(法人営業、BtoB営業)の経験5年以上(応相談)
・SFA、CRM、グループウェアなど、ITソリューションの利用経験
・TOEICスコア600以上(応相談)
