As a Business Process Consultant, you will work with a portfolio of customers for multiple regions. You will work as a configuration expert, assigned to assist Concur customers solve configuration cases and manage billable projects. A successful individual in this position will manage and maintain the customer’s configuration; adding, editing or removing configurable options as necessary.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Fulfill customer configuration needs.

2. Work with customers to analyze the requirements and provide suitable solutions.

3. Document, report and present complete details of work performed.

4. Adhere to SAP Concur’s rules of engagement for working with customer

5. Ensure adherence & improvement of set KPIs such as SLAs, technical expertise, customer satisfaction.

6. Manage customer escalation and liaise with internal teams.

7. Adhere to project planned hours and initiate change request in the event of over hours.

8. Provide technical expertise at situations which demand higher level of expertise.

Experience (Role Requirements):

1. Ability to understand complex business requirements.

2. Able to work with complex customer situations and translate requirements into configuration.

3. Apply disciplined approach towards solving customer cases.

4. Technical competence towards system configuration.

5. Should have managed complex customer situation.

6. Creative solution development

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  2. Analysis and troubleshooting skills
  3. Excellent knowledge on SQL, Python and any other programing languages will be given preference.

7. Knowledge of software deployment life cycle and testing practices

8. Strong computer skills / Microsoft Office knowledge

9. Ability to present data in a skilled manner is highly desirable

10. Ability to persuade and influence to achieve desired outcome

11. Ability to perform under stress and with multiple concurrent tasks

12. Strong organizational and planning skills to consistently deliver on commitments

13. 40+ hours per week to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness

14. Flexibility as to the specific working hours may be required or available

15. Hybrid working setup, but will start at 5 days per week upon onboarding

About the team

• Concur Essential care services team is a shared services team which works with mainly large

Enterprise customers who have procured the paid Essential Care service.

• This team also works on project, innovation, automation and programming.

• This team services Concur's paid and billable deliverables.

• The team works directly with the customer's authorized support contact and deliverables

solutions on customer systems in live system.
