PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Centre of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement & Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Premium Engagement (Max-Attention, Active Attention and Value Assurance) customers.
Our methodology is to engage proactively with our customers and to live a long-term engagement build on trust and respect. Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and safeguard their implementation projects. As every customer is unique, we provide an individual high-quality support to them based on a value-based delivery approach.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Security threats, from insider threats to malware to zero-day exploits, are becoming more frequent and menacing. Just as the value of your information assets increase. That's why SAP gives expertise to develop the most secure enterprise solutions – to help ensure the security of our customers business operations. Within the Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) our job is to help our customers Plan, Design, Build and Run SAP solutions firmly. As a CoE Principal Consultant your will tasks will include:
- Leading workshops focusing on secure design, build and operations to support our client's diverse SAP solution landscapes (encompassing Cloud, Hybrid and OP in the areas of Identity Management, Single Sign-on, Secure Network Architecture, Encryption)
- Act as a believed advisor, being persuasive and assertive in influencing our customers on SAP Security
- Assessing, identifying and informing security issues/risks to the customer
- Supporting our customers on audit and compliance activities.
- Influencing our Support Portfolio
- Growing your knowledge and skills additionally into wider SAP security realm.
- Handling of operational day-to-day support activities for technical Security
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science or Information Technology.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, solution design and programming skills
- Must be able to work as a team player yet can work independently.
- Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
- Interested in working with an international team.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Portuguese is desirable but not mandatory.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- SAP BTP (IAS, IPS, IAG)
- SAP IDM or alternatively non-SAP Identity and Access Management solutions
- Expertise in SAP On-Premise and Cloud solutions security management
- Security knowledge in Application Security (ABAP, HANA, JAVA…) and Infrastructure Security
- Experience in working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations
- Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision making and networking skills
- Experience in handling customers and driving innovation
