Job Title: Business Senior Manager - Consulting (multiple positions available)

Purpose and Objective:

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Senior Manager - Consulting (multiple positions available) at our Newtown Square, PA location to oversee all aspects of business and people management to ensure successful operations and growth.

Expectations and Tasks:

Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering skill development and supporting knowledge sharing initiatives. Manage resource allocation, skill gap planning, and oversee project staffing for seamless execution. Support sales and delivery engagements, manage contracts, and conduct customer meetings to ensure delivery excellence. Execute strategic goals, manage financial reporting, and steer performance based on key business KPIs. Lead transformational change and drive initiatives towards the Intelligent Enterprise, liaising within and outside the organization.

Qualifications

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:

Experience must include five (5) years involving each of the following:

• End-to-end root cause analysis in ABAP platform;

• CIF Debugging;

• Performance optimization in ABAP platform across database systems;

• Analyzing technical data consistency, solution scalability and ECC Production Planning;

• SAP S/4HANA embedded PPDS and DSC Edition of S/4HANA for MPS; and

• Reviewing migration and conversion of ECC into S/4HANA systems with respect to production planning and APO PPDS to S/4HANA ePPDS.

Experience must involve two (2) years in the following:

• SAP ECC Applications;

• Production Planning - Forecasting Techniques;

• Sales and Operations Planning;

• Demand Planning;

• Material Requirement Planning;

• Detailed Scheduling;

• Shopfloor Control;

• Inventory Control;

• SAP Clean Core compliant gap validations for S/4HANA Production planning and PPDS;

• SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications; and

• Reviewing core processes in Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) and CIF components of SCM Solutions across Industries.

Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to SAP offices and various, unanticipated customer sites for business meetings.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $213,990 - $289,590. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $243,300 - $413,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
