Job Title: SAP Cloud Application Services Business Process Senior Consultant (German speaker)


Who we are and what we do:

The Managed Services Delivery Center EMEA/MEE (MSDC), part of the Adoption Services Center (ASC), provides SLA-based post-implementation support and optimization for SAP solutions. We offer 24/7 SAP expertise across functional, security, development, and integration areas, ensuring a smooth transition to SAP cloud solutions with result-driven services. We are seeking an SAP Senior Business Process Consultant (f/m/d) specializing in SuccessFactors functional consulting to join our expert team.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to enhance your professional expertise by overseeing daily operations and responding to customer improvement requests. You will expand your knowledge of SuccessFactors end-to-end processes and solutions through the incremental implementation and optimization of these systems. To further develop your functional consulting skills, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of experts, gaining valuable insight into best practices, solution architecture, and process improvement strategies. Additionally, you will independently manage critical topics, prioritize effectively, and take full ownership of your deliverables, thereby fostering autonomy and sound decision-making abilities.

What you’ll build:

This position enables you to develop essential soft skills that are critical for business consultants—including effective communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and collaboration. Additionally, you will build expertise in leadership, resolving conflicts, and managing client relationships, all of which contribute to successful SAP solution implementation.

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an SAP consultant (f/m/d) in Success Factors application and processes
  • Experience in designing and implementing Success Factors E2E processes
  • Integration knowledge of SAP Cloud products and SAP S/4HANA to Success Factors
  • Project experience in SAP Success Factors, and ideally other SAP Public Cloud solutions
  • Ability to communicate complex processes in a simple and understandable way
  • Proficiency in English and German conversational skills
  • You have a focus on customer service mindset and customer empathy.
  • You have a passion for learning new technologies and enjoy problem-solving.

We are a team of functional consultants that work with our customers in their operations phase of their systems to incrementally adjust and improve the running SuccessFactors solution. The team has three main sub-teams in Finance, Logistics and HCM where team spirit, knowledge sharing and close collaboration are key.
