What you'll build
For this role, we are looking for passionate team members with excellent technical and communication skills. This role provides opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments, cloud, and on-premise.
Tasks and expectations are as follows:
• Act as an advisor to the customer’s IT department with strong technology and operations focus.
• Clarify existing expectations with customer technology and operations experts.
• Drive knowledge management and innovation activities based on experiences with customers.
• Collaborate and co-innovate with respective development teams
• Analyze performance and availability of complex SAP solutions across the whole SAP Business Suite.
• Identify issues and bottlenecks and come up with solutions.
• To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open-minded, and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.
What you bring
Strong subject matter expertise skills in the Performance, Data Migration & Lifecycle Optimization portfolio, such as:
• Data Migration using several SAP solutions, including S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit. Non-SAP Solutions such as Syniti Advanced Data Migration & Management (ADMM) are an asset.
• Foundational knowledge of core SAP data domains: Finance, Materials, Business Partner
• S/4HANA technical stack and end-to-end architecture
• Performance Essentials and End-to-End ABAP performance tuning and optimization
• SAP ILM/Archiving/Data Tiering
• SAP Business Technology Management (BTM) Suite esp in the areas of test automation (Tricentis), business process insights (Signavio) and descriptions (LeanIX).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Willingness to travel to SAP customers in the Americas region.
• Requires solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy, SAP’s solutions, and respective industry business processes, along with experience in customer interaction.
Additional Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, or Engineering (in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics & Electrical, or other engineering fields)
• Minimum Job Experience: 8 Years
• Thereof in a relevant position at SAP: 5 Years
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.
• Other languages are an asset

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 135600 - 230600(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
