PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As part of the continued growth of our Digital Supply Chain Practice Unit within the SAP Global Delivery Hub, we are looking for a SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support SAP IBP projects throughout the full lifecycle, from solution design to go-live, including configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support.
• Design and implement solutions that address customers' business requirements and supply chain challenges.
• Conduct feasibility studies, solution assessments, and architecture reviews.
• Provide expert support on complex projects and critical escalations.
• Contribute to presales activities and deliver SAP solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Participate in the development of service offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Occasionally assume team leadership or workstream management responsibilities within project engagements.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• More than 5 years of experience as a Consultant or Solution Architect working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).
• Ideally complemented by expertise in SAP MP&S, SAP PP/DS, Production Planning, SAP MRP, or DDMRP.
• Strong agility, proactivity, and ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and integration technologies is considered a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

• Deliver and contribute to SAP IBP consulting and implementation activities as outlined above.
• Collaborate daily with international and multicultural teams across multiple regions.
• Work closely with Delivery, Product, and Sales organizations to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the Supply Chain Management business.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with SAP ecosystem partners and stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor SAP innovations, Artificial Intelligence developments, solution roadmaps, and market trends to bring added value to customers and projects.
