EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

§ Expertise in S/4HANA FICO solution, be familiar with TR, Cash Management, etc. Or Expertise in S/4HANA solution (e.g. Retail, PP/PS/PPM/PPDS, MM/EWM, etc. )

§ Delivers onsite and remote services, including delivering onsite and remote services for MaxAttention, Safeguarding and Mission Critical Support (Escalations & Task forces, MCS Back office) including optimization, assessment, technical integration and validation, and carries out empowering trainings and workshops.

§ You will be responsible for S/4HANA move planning services, conversion POC, safeguarding services.

§ Participate in S/4HANA move projects concentrating on Integration & performance topics and S/4HANA mandatory changes.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION /SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

§ Graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields

§ Knowledge of industry and S/4 HANA solution

§ Knowledge of development in the area of ABAP and ABAP OO or Experienced in S/4HANA implementation projects is preferred

§ Experience on performance analysis and data consistency analysis.

§ Knowledge of other platforms and applications will be an added advantage.

§ Strong problem analysis and solving skill.

§ Self-motivated, open minded and ability to learn new areas and technologies quickly.

§ A good team player with good presentation and time management skills.

§ Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of customers, partners, and colleagues

§ Willingness to travel to customer sites (up to 70%), and interested in customer support oriented work with a results-oriented approach.

WORK EXPERIENCE

§ 2-3 S/4HANA conversion or New Implementation experience

§ Development experience in SAP S/4HANA Solution implementation project is preferred

§ Played the role of development lead or application lead is highly preferred

§ Experience in customer facing maintenance tea

§ 1-3 years working experiences
