Description

SAP is actively looking for Associate Business Process Consultants with Analytics & Data Management knowledge in China. The Associate Business Process Consultant is responsible for assessing and developing functional and technical solutions, continuous optimization and supporting operation. This role involves intensive onsite and remote customer engagements throughout the entire lifecycle of a project: from the requirements phase, to the testing and operational phases.

We are looking for a strong consultant who is dynamic and flexible with a solid business and technical background that can be applied to Data & Analytics project in various industries. Proficient knowledge and experience of SAP Datasphere, SAP SAC, SAP BDC is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to work independently, and collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals with high level commitment to quality.

In this position, you are expected to provide a meticulous service to SAP’s largest customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. You will interact with individuals at every level of the customer’s organization, from subject matter experts to executives, from in-house IT team to 3rd party vendors, in order to meet the customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirement, their drivers and articulate solutions including business process change, configuration change and product enhancements

• Analyze application and configuration requirements according to specifications to aid in the development of project plans

• Design and Develop technical solutions across multiple data domains in project teams

• Troubleshooting technical issues during implementation/operation and continuously improve existing solutions

• Deliver training on software functionality for end users

• Act as trusted advisory and provide professional consulting services in customer-led or partner-led SAP projects Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline. Postgraduate degree preferred.

• 0-3 years’ experience in IT solutions and SAP projects

• 0-3 years’ experience in SAP Data & Analytics solutions and SAP projects

• Fundamental understanding of SAP system and architecture

• Full Project Lifecycle experience, including requirements gathering, development, configuration and operation (including internship)

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of customers, partners, and colleagues

• Other language skills like Japanese, Korean is a plus

• Interest and willingness to travel to customer sites long-term and other business related travel, up to 60%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in design and implementation of SAP Datasphere solution, SAC solutionalternatively BW or HANA Cloud is a plus

• Experience in design and implementation of SAP SAC solution is a plus

• Experience in ML, GenAI (RAG, Vector Engine, Python, R, Spark) is a plus

• Industry know-how and industry solution (FSI, Auto, Energy, Retail, etc.) is a plus

• System administration experience is a plus

• Experience in DataBricks, Collibra, DataRobot is a plus

• Experience in PowerBI, Google BigQuery, Snowflake is a plus
