Job Description

What you'll bring

You are building your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HR business processes. You can map HR workflows to system requirements, support end-to-end SF module configurations, and communicate clearly between technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience with Employee Central or Talent modules is a plus a genuine curiosity for HR digital transformation is a must.

What you'll build

In this role, you will lead SuccessFactors implementations across critical modules including Employee Central and Performance & Goals. Your responsibilities include analyzing requirements. You will configure systems, conduct testing, and carry out go-live processes. You are also in charge of training users after the launch. You will help address any issues that arise. You will work directly with clients. Your goal is to turn their business needs into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will also assess processes to find areas for improvement. Additionally, you will help organizations work better and follow regulations. Japanese language proficiency will be considered a significant asset for expanded client collaboration responsibilities.
