Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Associate to join our team and support our growing focus on data-driven development. This role is critical to enhancing our ability to identify and execute new business opportunities aligned with our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep familiarity with our tools, data, and stakeholders to deliver immediate impact, ensuring continuity across active initiatives while driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Support ongoing initiatives by providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and progress to leadership.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven analytical skills with a track record of delivering business impact through data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with SAP’s business intelligence tools, data analysis platforms, and relevant software.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and contribute immediately without extensive ramp-up time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an intern or similar role within the organization, demonstrating high performance and familiarity with tools, data, and stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 55600-132200CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
