Position title: Business Area Controlling Sales Americas – SAP Next Gen

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Type of Contract: Temporary

Start date: April-May 2026

Duration: 6 up to 24 months

What you’ll do:

General role tasks and requirements:

  • Actively support various activities to ensure financial performance, such as quarter end close, financial forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Deliver outcome of assigned controlling tasks and processes, work independently within given area of responsibility, and manage interfaces to other units / controlling teams.
  • Represent the Controlling function and contribute to project milestones in cross-unit / cross-functional projects.
  • Apply relevant guidelines & policies, keep informed about updates and raise compliance issues.
  • Support and/or participate in projects to increase automation and simplify the processes in controlling.
  • Safeguard financial compliance and ensure transparency.

What you bring

Education and Experience:

  • Must be a recent graduate
  • Preferably of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields
  • Previous professional work experience with a focus on Finance / Controlling (a plus)

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent skills in SAP BW, ERP and other common analytics applications, as well as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Power BI
  • Enjoys “learning by doing” with teammates who are helpful, kind, and fun
  • Passion for details and give it the attention they deserve
  • Self-organized and know how to prioritize topics
  • Values diversity and appreciate opportunities to better understand the experiences of people whose backgrounds differ from their own
  • Agile mindset, and open to try out new ways of working.

The Business Area Controlling (BAC) Sales Americas team is part of Global Controlling and has an opening for an Early Professional who is passionate about business and enjoys working with numbers.

In this role you will be supporting our Latin America Market Unit, as well as working with a team striving to be trusted advisors to the respective Business leaders.
