What you´ll build

As Business AI Platform Architect (f/m/d), you help shape the adoption of enterprise AI across strategic customers in the MEE region.

The role works at the intersection of AI innovation, platform architecture, and business transformation, helping customers translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions built on SAP Business AI Platform, SAP BTP, and SAP Business Data Cloud.

A key focus is to help customers move from individual AI use cases toward agentic scenarios, trusted business context, and the vision of the Autonomous Enterprise.

• Advise strategic customers on SAP Business AI Platform as the foundation for enterprise AI transformation
• Design scalable AI solution blueprints leveraging SAP BTP and SAP Business Data Cloud
• Identify high-value AI use cases together with customers and internal teams
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI scenarios, agentic workflows, and solution designs
• Drive adoption of SAP AI capabilities such as Joule, Joule Studio, AI Core, AI Launchpad, GenAI Hub, and AI Agents
• Help customers understand how trusted business context enables scalable enterprise AI
• Support customers in connecting AI innovation with business processes, data foundations, and automation potential
• Collaborate closely with Blackbelt teams, Customer Advisory, and account teams on strategic AI opportunities
• Contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, demos, and enablement content
• Support customer engagements, innovation workshops, technical presentations, and strategic initiatives.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, consulting, or strategic customer-facing roles
• Strong background in SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, and SAP Business Data Cloud
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI, generative AI, agentic AI, and AI platform architecture
• Experience designing scalable architectures for AI-driven and process-aware solutions
• Good understanding of SAP AI capabilities such as AI Core, AI Launchpad, GenAI Hub, Joule, Joule Studio, and AI Agents
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Data Cloud as foundations for enterprise AI
• Ability to connect business needs, architecture, data foundations, and execution
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• Confidence and motivation to present complex technical concepts in customer meetings, workshops, and executive sessions
• Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.

Where you belong

You will work closely with SAP’s specialized Blackbelt teams, Customer Advisory, and regional account teams across the MEE region.

In this strategic role, you will help define how SAP customers adopt and scale enterprise AI through SAP Business AI Platform, trusted business data, and scalable platform architecture. You will contribute to SAP’s ambition to help customers move from isolated AI use cases toward connected, agentic, and business-context-aware AI scenarios.
