An Architect Expert for an AI‑native ERP team bridges advanced AI capabilities with traditional ERP domains—Customer Experience and Retail and operate autonomous, self‑learning business systems. This role demands a strong builder mindset, deep technical expertise, and the ability to guide AI systems toward safe, scalable, and high‑impact outcomes. We are looking for strong expertise in modern Mobile application Development BTP SDKs, SAP Fiori, ABAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) .

An AI‑native squad expert is a hands‑on technical builder who orchestrates a lean, hybrid team of humans and AI agents to deliver products efficiently. In this 2026‑era operating model, the lead and team members function as orchestrators or multi‑agent leaders, directing AI tools to generate, test, and deploy code or content. We are looking for mastery in LLMs, agentic AI, and RAG architectures with senior‑level technical leadership across distributed enterprise platforms. As an expert, you will lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of agentic AI workflows, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to embed AI into core business processes. You will translate cutting‑edge research into reliable, production‑grade AI systems that deliver measurable business value.

What you'll build

• AI-Native Architecture Design: Architect end-to-end intelligent agent systems that reason, plan, and automate business processes, Architect multi-agent systems and design complex using LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Design and develop enterprise mobile applications using SAP Mobile SDKs and SAP BTP Mobile Services for Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop and enhance ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, and build/expose OData services using RAP and SAP Fiori/UI5
• Building cloud‑native backend services using SAP CAP (Node.js/Java), SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite
• Integration abilities for mobile applications with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Gateway, SAP CAP, and other backend systems.
• Production Deployment (LLMOps/MLOps): Build scalable infrastructure for model deployment, optimizing for latency and cost, and implementing monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks.
• ERP-AI Integration: Design interfaces that connect AI engines directly to ERP system for intelligent data fixing, validation, and real-time analysis.
• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Guide engineering teams on modern AI-assisted engineering workflows (coding, testing, refactoring)
• Governance & Security: Establish guardrails for Generative AI usage, human-in-the-loop approvals, data compliance, embedding guardrails into architectural design.

What you bring

• 10-15+ years experience: In software development, with 5+ years in architecture and technical leadership roles 3+ years of Mobile application development
• AI/ML Expertise: Proficient in Python, LLM APIs, RAG frameworks, and vector search with strong proficiency with AI tooling and frameworks to work in AI native fashion.
• Proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) with Xcode; exposure to NativeScript, Angular, Flutter, React Native, or UI5.
• ERP Expertise: Strong understanding of ERP workflows (e.g., Master Data Management, financial reconciliation, procure-to-pay).
• Cloud Architecture: Experience with SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services and data warehouse integrations
• Backend Engineering: Advanced knowledge of backend technologies (Java, C#, Python others) and microservices architecture.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to translate complex AI behaviours into business terms for stakeholders.
