What you’ll build

  • Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of AI, data, and product innovation, with a passion for building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions powered by the latest advancements in data and AI.

  • In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives to embed AI capabilities in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) across Planning, analytics and datasphere.

  • You will also collaborate extensively with product managers in BDC to embed AI seamlessly in the BDC ecosystem.

What you bring:

  • 8–10 years of product management experience in AI, data platforms, data integration, or cloud services.

  • Deep understanding of AI platforms, enterprise architecture, and intelligent application enablement.


Technical Expertise:

Data:

  • Strong background in data engineering, including ETL, data pipelines, analytics platforms, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Delta Lake, object stores). Hands-on experience with AI models, including data preparation for ML, model lifecycle management, and foundational models.

  • Knowledge of data lake, delta lake, cloud data warehouse, knowledge graphs, and Object store technologies.

  • Familiarity with data governance, metadata management and semantic modeling concepts is highly desirable.

AI:

  • Own end to end product lifecycle for AI enabled features including strong background of data preparation for ML, AI platforms and foundational models and data centric tooling.

  • Additionally, define and prioritize features that are AI enabled within BDC. Contribution to thought leadership, market analysis and competitive positioning in the enterprise AI space.

Customer Focus:

  • Proven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and iterate quickly on feedback

Execution Skills:

  • Strong organizational, collaboration, interpersonal and planning skills with a bias toward action and delivery

Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus
