What You’ll Do

Product Development & Design

  • Design, develop, deploy, evaluate, optimize & scale (multi) agent AI solutions for real-world business challenges
  • Design and implement full-stack Generative AI features using TypeScript, Fiori UI5, SAP CAP, and SAP AI Core
  • Architect & integrate APIs to build agent flows, LLM orchestration, & multi-agent systems using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google-ADK
  • Configure and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs), prompts, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to optimize performance

Build, Deploy & Operate

  • Build & scale CI/CD, AgentOps pipelines for managing the E2E agent lifecycle monitoring, evaluation & continuous improvement using LLM Judge concepts and AgentOps frameworks (e.g., MLFlow 3.0, LangFuse)
  • Support cloud deployment, operations, and maintenance on the SAP Cloud Foundry environment
  • Ensure reliability, observability, and compliance of deployed AI solutions
  • Guarantee production readiness by focusing on code quality, security, and performance across all solutions

Quality & Collaboration

  • Act as a quality gatekeeper by reviewing peer code and upholding best practices
  • Balance priorities — "doing the right things" while ensuring quality and maintainability "doing things right"
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key opportunities for autonomous agent solutions across the organization
  • Take full responsibility for achievement of the squad's goals
  • Adhere to the standards set by architects, security & other SMEs

Guidance & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide engineering guidance to unblock teams and mentor fellow engineers
  • Experiment with emerging AI frameworks & architectures
  • Refactor solutions to stay consistent with latest enterprise standards
  • Proactively self-improve & share expertise with the squad
  • Give & receive feedback regularly to improve processes


Accountability

  • Responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned sub projects
  • Works independently within given area of responsibility (within defined policies and processes)
  • Contributes to milestones


What You Bring

Required

Qualification & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or similar field
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant working experiences
  • SAP, AWS, GCP, Azure certifications (desirable)

Core Technical Skills

  • Advanced coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java
  • Strong experience with TypeScript, Fiori UI5, and the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
  • Expertise in developing LLMs and agentic solutions & microservices (FastAPI, Flask, Django, Quart, SAP BTP)
  • Experience with CI/CD, MLOps (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MLFlow)

Generative AI & Agentic Systems Expertise

  • LLM orchestration & multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, Haystack, AutoGen)
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into enterprise systems, with strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and AI safety principles
  • Evaluation & observability of AI system performance

Enterprise, Cloud & Infrastructure Experience

  • Proven experience with SAP Cloud Foundry and deep understanding of enterprise-level compliance requirements
  • Ability to integrate & scale AI solutions leveraging cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, K8s)
  • Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and rollback pipelines

Data & Responsible AI

  • Data pipelines, ETL, and quality management
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, security, and data privacy (GDPR, AI EU Act)
  • Awareness of bias, fairness, and explainability in AI deployments
