What you`ll do:
Summary:
We are seeking an Agile Coach who blends the strategic mindset of a Scrum Master with the hands-on expertise of a Quality Engineer. In this hybrid role, you’ll guide teams toward high performance, strengthen agile practices, and champion quality across the development lifecycle.
The Role:
In this role, you will support the AI product lifecycle, from planning and prioritization to delivery and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and engineers to shape AI use cases that create measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement (e.g. SAFe)
- Coach cross-functional teams on agile values: lead a full scrum team from forming phase to self-organized stage with frequent self-reflection
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering leads to ensure clear priorities and value delivery
- Establish and maintain quality standards, test strategies, and automation frameworks
- Drive root-cause analysis of defects and ensure quality metrics are actionable
- Monitor delivery performance using agile metrics (velocity, lead time, defect density)
- Mentor team members on test automation, CI/CD integration, and best engineering practices
- Act as a change agent, helping teams and stakeholders adopt agile and lean thinking
What you bring:
- Degree in computer science, economics or a similar field
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Quality Engineer in software development teams
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and QA practices
- Strong knowledge of software testing tools and automation (e.g., Pytest, Github Actions, Sirius, Databricks, or similar)
- Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, Certified Software Quality Engineer or equivalent is a plus
- Fluent English and a proactive, problem solving mindset
