Adoption Insight Manager - Adoption Insights & Services (AIS)

Job Description

We help the world run better

At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.

Meet your team:

The Adoption Insights & Services (AIS) team, nestled within the Global Adoption & Experience Center of Excellence (GA&X), is pivotal in generating insightful adoption metrics through service engagements. These insights serve as a foundation for data-driven decision-making, propelling customers along their cloud journey. Within the GA&X organization, the AIS team specializes in facilitating value-oriented service engagements with a focus on strategic customers.

GA&X operates as a Level 2 unit within the Product Engineering board area, taking charge of data-driven decisions related to adoption and experience insights. As a cross-functional unit, it spearheads the standardization and harmonization of SAP’s strategies concerning adoption and experience across the entire SAP Product Portfolio. The Center of Excellence offers top-tier tools and services, working closely with both customers and internal roles to achieve the Product Engineering priorities of “usage and satisfaction.”

What you'll do:

As an Adoption Insight Manager (AIM), you will work closely with our customers throughout the region to bridge the gap between commercial and technical aspects of cloud adoption and consumption. Your role is pivotal in helping customers maximize their SAP cloud footprint and fostering data-driven decision-making within SAP.

Your Responsibilities:

  • E2E Service Execution: Lead the execution of AIS services, ensuring seamless service delivery from initiation to completion to drive cloud adoption and expand.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze adoption metrics to derive meaningful insights that drive decision-making. Identify churn risks and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Use customer adoption trends to support contract renewals and stimulate business growth.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide data-driven insights to enhance their cloud adoption and consumption.
  • Demand Generation: Generate demand for AIS services by demonstrating the value they bring to client organizations. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Adoption Data-Based Decision Making: Build a foundation for adoption data-based decision-making within SAP and our customers. Develop and implement strategies to enhance cloud adoption and consumption
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to strengthen our position as a crucial partner in adoption. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand their specific requirements and address them effectively.
  • Tool Development: Contribute to the development of tools that enhance adoption transparency, accelerating their development and implementation.
  • Consultation & Training: Serve as a consultant for clients on SAP metering, monitoring, and product usage. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of outcome-driven adoption and consumption roadmaps, focusing on both immediate and strategic objectives.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in cloud computing or data analytics is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

  • Experience using data to support decision-making and strategic planning, particularly in cloud or software environments.

  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies, with a strong technical affinity and a desire to stay current with evolving trends.

  • Familiarity with SAP Classic and/or other SAP products; knowledge of SAP’s cloud license models is a plus.

  • Experience with monitoring and metering SAP cloud services, and with data analytics or business intelligence tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to independently lead and deliver services, following best practices and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage due to our regional operations.

We are looking for talents who are passionate about driving cloud adoption and consumption through data-driven insights. If you have a strong technical foundation and a knack for E2E service delivery, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact in our Adoption Insights & Services (AIS) business. Join us to be part of an exciting journey in shaping the future of cloud adoption at SAP!
