YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As an Account Director (f/m/d) – Siemens AG at SAP, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term customer relationships, driving customer innovation, adoption, delivering value via SAP solutions, and ensuring that customer business objectives are met.

  • Account Management is our foundation for the success of the Siemens AG and SAP Partnership to build E2E strategies and take them to the next level of our SAP Cloud strategy
  • Your strong consulting and architecture background will support our vision and mission in our S/4HANA and Cloud Strategy
  • Utilize expert governance and stakeholder management skills
  • Focus on adoption and consumption, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in close cooperation with SAP Services, Partners and internal stakeholders
  • Lead the (virtual & extended) account team and coordinate all roles across the customer, for both content and strategy
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP solution portfolio with detailed understanding of the support processes and organization
  • Development and implementation of an 3y+ SAP strategy for account development, opportunity management and customer
  • Ensuring annual sales in cloud, license, consulting and software maintenance and also significant growth in all areas by increasing the SAP footprint within the customer

YOUR PROFILE

  • 4+ years of experience supporting and leading sales cycles and/or transformation projects in large accounts
  • Strong diplomatic and political skills at all levels, as well as experience in de-escalation management
  • Excellent understanding of the SAP product and service portfolio and strong market and industry knowledge in the automotive sector
  • Proven ability to manage in highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies
  • Strong program/project management and commercial/deal support skills
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both German and English

In the Strategic Customer Program (SCP) division, we support customers across all business processes. SAP has positioned itself as a leading solution provider and we want to further expand our market position.

We have set ourselves ambitious goals for the future: We want to continuously expand our position as market leader by increasing our market share and ultimately achieving our ambitious sales targets.

To support Siemens AG as an SCP customer at MEE level, we are looking for an Account Director (f/m/d) as part of the Global Account Team and further expand the business relationship.
