• Rheoli a darparu unrhyw weithgareddau a ariennir
• Bod yn brif bwynt cyswllt y Bartneriaeth, cysylltu â phartneriaid yn rheolaidd a rhoi gwybod iddynt am ddatblygiadau prosiect
• Cydlynu cyfarfodydd Partneriaeth chwarterol, gan gynnwys adrodd ar weithgareddau y prosiect, gosod yr agenda, trefnu lleoliadau cyfarfod addas.
• Cysylltu â phartneriaid a rhanddeiliaid allanol ar draws ardal y prosiect ac yn ehangach gan ddatblygu perthnasoedd yn lleol o fewn sefydliadau a chymunedau
• Nodi cyfleoedd i gydweithio ag eraill sy'n gweithio yn yr ardal, o unigolion i sefydliadau
• Rheoli'r Swyddog Natur, cefnogi'r rôl hon a darparu cefnogaeth 1-1
• Datblygu strwythurau llywodraethu'r prosiect
• Ymchwilio a gwneud cais am gyllid addas i ddarparu elfennau o'r Glasbrint
• Cyfathrebu allanol y prosiect, diweddaru gwefan Tir Canol, cyfrifon cyfryngau cymdeithasol ac ymateb i unrhyw ymholiadau
• Y gallu i weithio'n effeithiol fel chwaraewr tîm yn fewnol ac mewn partneriaethau allanol

What’s the role about?
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great team saving nature and inspiring people in some of the most wildlife-rich areas of Wales. This is a maternity cover post, responsible for the overall management of the Tir Canol programme. Tir Canol is a Partnership of organisations and individuals committed to delivering the Tir Canol vision and Blueprint which has been co-designed with the wider community. There is a small team of Tir Canol staff, which currently consists of the Nature Officer.
Key activities:
• Project managing and delivering any funded activities
• Being the main point of contact for the Partnership, liaising with partners regularly and keeping them informed of project developments
• Co-ordinating quarterly Partnership meetings, including reporting on project activities, setting the agenda, organising suitable meeting venues.
• Liaising with external partners and stakeholders across the Dyfi and wider area developing relationships locally within organisations and communities
• Identifying opportunities for collaboration with others working in the area, from individuals to organisations
• Managing the Nature Officer
• Developing the governance structures of the project
• Researching and applying for suitable funding to deliver elements of the Blueprint
• External communication of the project, updating the Tir Canol website, social media accounts and responding to any queries
Please note that the ability to communicate fluently and clearly in Welsh is essential for this role.

This is a Full-Time, maternity cover contract. The RSPB reserves the right to extend or make this role permanent without further advertising dependent on business needs at the end of the contract term.
