Part Time - Remote - HR Support Hub Co-ordinator - Fixed Term
Job Description
As an HR Support hub Co-ordinator, you will have a varied role delivering high quality HR services to the largest conservation organisation in Europe. Often working to deadlines, you will have a calm and solutions focussed approach to getting things done.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and have proven IT and administration skills from working in an office environment. Experience and understanding in handling confidential information in an accurate and timely manner is essential. The role has lots of variety in tasks covering the employee lifecycle. These include, but are not exclusive to, updating employee information on the HR system, issuing contracts and contract amendments, answering queries, and managing a shared mailbox. Flexibility is important in the RSPB for both supporting the organisation and to maintain a work life balance for the individual.
Essential Knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Basic office administration experience
- Remote working experience or ability to homework
- Flexibility around hours to suit the team and workload
- Solid team player with good all round communication ability
- An ability to juggle many tasks
Desirable criteria:
- I-Trent or similar software experience
- 6 months Hr admin experience
