Job Description
Are you able to help deliver fantastic customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to help work in our café and visitor centre at Sherwood Forest.
About the Role
You'll be working in our visitor centre, indoors and outdoors, helping to give a warm welcome to our visitors and assisting with the day-to-day running of our operations.
You will greet visitors and ensure they are set up for a great visit and deliver excellent customer service in our shop and café. This will include working in the kitchen, on the tills, and making hot drinks. A full induction and training will be provided.
Our visitor operation runs all year round so you will need to be flexible and available to work weekends, bank holidays and during the week.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
• Enthusiastic approach to work.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Computer literate.
• Multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage and respond quickly and positively to customer needs and feedback.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
This is a fixed-term role on a 0-hour contract until the 17th September 2023.
