Job Description
This role requires someone with direct experience in Apteco Faststats.
As part of a small but critically important team, you will take responsibility for continuously improving your knowledge of the tools and data sources available to help develop our data selection capability.
Reporting to the Senior Campaigns Developer, this role will be responsible for delivering the broad suite of RSPB marketing comms across multiple online and offline channels, providing technical expertise to activity owners, building data selections and advising on the most efficient ways to segment data to achieve the output required. This role is pivotal to ensuring all our personalised communications are relevant and compliant and deliver the best possible response rates via financial support or engagement.
As an experienced campaigns developer, you will be expected to advise on building the most relevant segmentation to maximise response to communications, supporting the principle of test and learn whenever practicable. You will have an appreciation for KPI reporting and will build campaigns with both scalability and reporting in mind.
You will have a positive and collaborative customer service-based approach to working, proactively engaging customers and stakeholders to ensure we deliver their requirements and, where possible exceed their expectations. You’ll be able to speak confidently on topics of content variation and personalisation, often taking disparate requirements from non-technical stakeholders and bringing them together to deliver a campaign.
This role is responsible for ensuring our communications are data compliant and adhere to legal and regulatory conditions and the RSPB’s own business data rules. The post holder will therefore need practical experience of applying appropriate exclusions and preference criteria to ensure that compliance is always prioritised for every selection.
