Title: Warehouse Lead

Position Summary:
As the Warehouse Lead, you will lead and participate in the team responsible for the day-to-day operations related to incoming and outgoing material movements, fulfill material pick requisitions and inventory accuracies within the warehouse.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee material handling, including preparing, supplying, moving, and tracking inventory for assembly lines and shipping/receiving docks.
- Lead and support team members, assign work, conduct meetings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments, resolve physical and systematic issues, and report defective materials.
- Maintain inventory stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and utilize RF scanning equipment and ERP systems for accurate inventory management.
- Track and report daily KPIs to the supervisor, ensuring operational targets are met.
Basic Requirements:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
- 3 years’ experience shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and other equipment.
- Basic PC knowledge and ability to efficiently operate computer terminals and RF scanning devices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience leading or training team members in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Proven ability to optimize inventory flow and reduce errors in a warehouse environment.
- Proven track record of improving operational performance using cross-functional teams.
