Position Summary
Preventive and corrective maintenance for DRUPS (Dynamic Rotating UPS) at customers sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule preventive maintenance program at various customers’ sites.
• Attend trouble shooting and corrective repair on site
• Identify issues and potential issues from PM activities, provide feedback and possible solution to back office for issue resolution discussion with customers.
• Generate and maintain lean and clear documentation like service report from every service activity.
• Others maybe be needed for customer services.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment or UPS systems.

• Knowledge of DRUPS systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently at customer sites.
• Good documentation and report-writing skills.
• Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments.
• Team player with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
