This position offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership across the entire product development lifecycle, from concept development through production launch and field support, while working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering reliable, high-performance, and cost-effective power generation solutions that meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

· Own product definition and technical governance by creating and maintaining CAD models, production drawings, bills of materials, engineering specifications, and configuration-controlled documentation, while leading design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering evaluations.

· Lead product verification and continuous improvement activities by developing validation strategies, analyzing test and field performance data, conducting root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality, reliability, durability, and overall product performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful product execution, production readiness, and lifecycle support while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving initiatives focused on cost reduction, standardization, value engineering, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
