As being one of the core brand of Rolls Royce Power Systems, Rolls Royce Solutions Türkiye is equipped with the experience of more than 100 years on productions of diesel engines, manufactures and improves complete drive systems, Gas and Diesel Systems and their control / monitoring systems in wide range of product types and power ratings for heavy vehicles and equipment for construction and mining industry.
We are looking for Sales Specialist for İstanbul whom has the following qualifications
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and develop sales activities of Sustainable Solutions and New Systems across all regions within the segment.
- Increase market share and profitability in the relevant segment by driving adaptation, dissemination, and market penetration of system solutions.
- Develop market entry and growth strategies by analyzing competitor activities and establishing counter strategies.
- Oversee the application and service processes of awarded projects to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Establish pricing strategies in line with company profitability targets and review sales contracts for approval.
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify customer needs and secure long-term maintenance agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, integrated management systems, and global audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s/PhD preferred)
- Having at least 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the technical/industrial sector
- Strong leadership experience in managing multi-regional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship management capabilities
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Technical knowledge of diesel engine systems, generator sets, diesel rotary uninterruptible power supply systems and sustainable/energy-efficient solutions is preferred
