  • Managing project documentation and supporting risk identification and mitigation throughout all project phases

  • Monitoring project progress, costs, and resources, addressing any deviations from plans
  • Supporting change control processes and ensuring deliverables meet agreed budgets and timelines
  • Generating accurate and timely project reports for management and stakeholders

Who we’re looking for:

  • University students studying, Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) or Business
  • Strong drive to succeed, with a willingness to see projects and tasks through to completion
  • Strategic, structured, and process-oriented working style, with strong analytical skills, confidence, and excellent communication
  • Positive attitude, open mindset, and team player

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

  • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
  • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
  • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company
  • Exposure to both new and existing manufacturing technologies
  • Opportunity to understand the manufacturing ecosystem within Fan Blade Manufacturing
  • Develop accountability and understand expectations in engineering project management
  • Build effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders in project management

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
