Product Owner (Contract - 9 Months)

Due to the continuous success and high demand from our customers, a Product Owner to join team and build and shape the next generation of products that transform how organizations around the world use data. Headquartered in London with significant offices in New York, Boston, Toronto, Sydney, Singapore, and Brussels, Quantexa is continuing its expansion within the UK, building on our core values of Determination, Ambition, Teamwork and Accountability.

What will I be doing?

• Delighting our customers and transforming the market by working with our engineering teams to deliver innovative and world-leading enterprise software
• Working with the Product team, Developers and Designers to plan and prioritise backlogs, write user stories and make sure day-to-day development tasks and are aligned with the "big picture" roadmap and product strategy
• Engaging with stakeholders across the business and with our customers to understand their needs and requirements, validate ideas, and refine the scope of upcoming features
• Furthering our Agile engineering culture by leading refinement sessions and planning ceremonies, we also want you to regularly evaluate our methods of working, and suggest ways in which we can continuously improve our product culture

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Someone with two or more years experience as a Product owner or Product manager in a software company, or other high-growth technology environment, looking to take the next step in their career
  
• You can give plenty of examples which highlight a strong track record of achievements in your career so far
• You have experience understanding customer needs, prioritizing backlogs and writing user stories, with the ability to focus on the details of requirements while maintaining the “big picture” view
• You'll also be comfortable working with developers in a fast-paced software engineering culture and have an understanding of the end-to-end development and delivery process
• Proactive with the ability to use your initiative, provide innovative thinking and ideas, and function effectively in highly dynamic environment

An ideal candidate would also have one or more of the following

• Experience working in enterprise software
• Worked on a highly customizable product or platform, or with Financial Crime or Fraud technologies
