What you’ll be doing.

• Project Management: Lead and manage innovation projects using tools like Productboard, ensuring efficient tracking and progress.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide and collaborate with diverse teams, including engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to deliver innovative products.
• Research and Ideation: Conduct research on new technologies and markets, and actively participate in ideation sessions for innovative solutions. Help foster a culture of innovation across the organisation.
• Prototyping and Development: Oversee the development and testing of prototypes, driving them from concept to reality.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to create compelling messages and content for innovation projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers and partners, presenting and demonstrating the value of our innovation projects.

What you’ll bring.

• Experience and Expertise: Your proven track record in product management within a technology-driven environment will be crucial.
• Project Management Skills: Your ability to manage projects effectively, particularly using tools like Productboard.
• Leadership Qualities: Your experience in leading cross-functional teams to success.
• Communication Skills: Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will help in articulating complex ideas clearly.
• Innovative Mindset: Your entrepreneurial spirit and 'fail fast' approach will be key in driving high-impact results under resource constraints.
• Technical Acumen: While not required, familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and Decision Intelligence systems will be a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong project management skills with experience in using tools like Productboard.
• Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'fail fast' approach to innovation.
• Ability to work under tight resource constraints while delivering high-impact results.
