Opportunity
Quantexa is looking for highly motivated professionals to steer our sales activities for the Core Banking Team. As Sales Manager of the Core Banking Team, you will be responsible for heading and managing the geographically dispersed Sales Directors, executing the sales go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building our pipeline, winning new deals, and meeting company targets.
Requirements
Typical responsibilities include: Working with our EMEA Regional Vice-President and solution owners to define and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the Core Banking Team; consistently delivering against sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Our clients are international and our staff are expected to react to demanding client needs and agendas, so this role can be based either in the UK or in any European country.
You should have the following:
- A good understanding of Banking sector issues and the ability to ‘educate and solutionise’ with customer
- A good understanding of Tier 1 Banking operational and buying processes
- Extensive experience in solution selling within the Banking sector across the EMEA region
- Determination to succeed in challenging circumstances
- Ability to lead and grow effective sales teams
- The ability to be an independent decision-maker but equally is inclusive when evaluating options
- Progressive and energetic with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities
- Good team player, capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstances
- Ability to spot market changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively and positively
- Ability to plan for the future
