What you'll do 🏡💻
As a Sales Operations Coordinator at Puzzel, you will be a key part of the overall Revenue Operations function. Day to day you will have a variety of tasks to manage - from administering and governing proposals through Salesforce to liaising with the Team on lead and sales pipeline health.
You will use your data skills in Excel (& knowledge of PowerBI) to report on sales’ performance, tracking KPIs such as time to conversion, average deal size, to enable the sales team to better understand and improve their performance.
You will work alongside another Team member to be the right-hand person to our Revenue Operations Manager, ensuring that we deliver sales efficiency through proactive support. You will be a confident communicator, that loves to collaborate cross-functionally.
As our Sales Operations Coordinator assisting our UK (& Nordics) Commercial/Sales teams, you will be helping the team to facilitate Enterprise deals by creating sales contracts through Salesforce, inputting key commercial data, provide insight into sales pipeline and marketing funnel.
You can utilise your analytical skills presenting key sales metrics and ensuring Sales are held accountable for their KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the Sales teams with Sales data using Excel, Salesforce & Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Pipeline Health: Consistently monitor the health of New Business and Upsell pipeline in Salesforce to ensure our bookings forecasts are accurate and up to date. Ensure sales leaders have the level of visibility needed to inspect their team’s pipeline and correct any issues.
- Documentation: Support Revenue Operations team with Sales Process documentation
- To provide structured, profitable, and compliant transactions that address the needs of diverse internal stakeholders for our customers. As a result, we will maximise our client's revenue and increase effectiveness and productivity.
- You will liaise with cross function teams such as Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Enablement, Product, Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure to the best solution for our customer is presented.
- Become the owner of Puzzel order management, including but not limited to Sales Pipeline, Quotes & Contracts
- Regularly communicate with your sales teams to ensure consistent application of process and policy. Prepare in-quarter deal status and communication to management. Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Have a hunger to develop your product knowledge to assist Sales.
- Manage dashboard using SFDC and Power BI and present insights to our Sales and Marketing teams. Keep Sales and Marketing data accurate and up to date at all times.

- Data driven, analytical mindset, comfortable with utilising data to report on sales performance
- SaaS experience within a B2B company
- Clear communication skills; ability to liaise and question metrics with sales team
- Analytical and curious mind with a “what if” view to achieve better results
- You must be an excellent communicator with a “can do” attitude.
- Confident and able to challenge and ask questions to all stakeholders, to broaden your knowledge and support Puzzel in achieving compliant, revenue generating bookings.
- Salesforce user experience
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills

- Previous Salesforce and CPQ experience are an advantage

- PowerBI (as a user, no need to build dashboards)
The location
Our Sofia office is at the NV Tower, bulevard „Doctor G. M. Dimitrov“ 59, 1756 Studentski Kompleks, with expectation of 2 days/week in the office, the rest working from home, but the office is available 5 days/ week if so desired – it was built in 2021 and has a swimming pool, spa & gym on-site which is heavily subsidised.
