We are looking for 👀
We are searching for a b2b SaaS superstar to drive new business for the Finnish market, to be based in our Stockholm office.
You will be the first person launching your approach on Finland in a couple of years after having stepped back from the territory and as such, we are looking for someone who will drive both direct sales and channel partners & alliances in Finland, as we recognise that this may be the more effective route to market initially.
Due to the nuances of the Finnish market, we need someone who is a native Finnish speaker, based in/around Stockholm so you can work closely with our Swedish New Business team who can help massively with onboarding, product/pricing/packaging knowledge, competitor insights etc.
We already have a number of customers in Finland and have several Scandinavian customers with operations in Finland that can be leveraged, so although you’ll be targeting Finland afresh, you won’t be starting from zero.
You’ll be proactive and solution-oriented, and not afraid to shake things up. Excellent communication skills are a must and you should excel at the following:
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers or creating business opportunities from scratch.
- Identifying key strategic partners as well as direct prospects.
- Initiating and leading activities that contribute to goal achievement for growth and profitability in the portfolio.
- Conducting activities such as demos and presentations.
- Performance and budget responsibility for your own portfolio.
- High self-motivation and being able to implement a structured way of working.
- Thoroughly understand the customer’s needs, business, and processes.
- Working under pressure and to deadlines.
- Interacting with clients and customers both internally and externally.

- You will be targeting the Finnish market and must be native/fully fluent in Finnish
- Technological understanding and interest in the field of cloud-based services
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales
- Proactive/ hunter mentality
- Money motivated

- Strong English and/or Swedish language
- CX/ CCaaS / Customer Service experience
- Experience working with structured sales methodologies/cadences & sales pipelining
The Location
This role is based in our Stockholm office space at Gustavslundsvägen 145,167 51 Bromma, Stockholm, with the expectation of 2-3 days/week on-site, the others working from home. You therefore need to live within a reasonable commuting distance.
