The Role

Prolific is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to scale our partner ecosystem. In this high-visibility role, you will be working with our leadership, sales and marketing teams to secure, build and manage strategic partnerships. There will be immediate opportunities to unlock value for a large number of existing partnerships, and in the medium term to build a partner ecosystem that powers Prolific’s ambitious growth goals.

What you'll be doing

• Direct responsibility for Strategic Partnerships P&L, and growth targets
• Work on our existing pipeline of reseller partnership opportunities and actively seek out new opportunities with strategic partners
• Negotiate and close complex and long-term contracts with partner companies
• Work alongside a sales engineer to effectively position Prolific and its benefits to prospective partners via live demos and presentations
• Manage strategic relationships, having a diplomatic approach to negotiation, and strong project management skills
• Work alongside our Partnerships Manager to develop and implement long term strategy for strategic partnerships at Prolific that supports our company goals.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal & Compliance to deliver the best solution based on the partner and company needs
• Have deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the research and insights industries
• Lead, influence and drive results in a complex technical and business environment

What you’ll bring

• Experience working in partnerships, alliances or sales in a technology start or scale up
• Experience onboarding and managing strategic partner relationships with significant business impact
• Excellent communication skills
• People management experience in a remote working environment
• Key interpersonal traits: integrity, composure, bias to action, motivation, adaptability, a willingness to take calculated risks

• Experience driving successful alliances with global consulting firms and local system integrators

Our Interview Process

Talent Call: You'll meet with one of our Talent team and have an exploratory call about the role requirements, life at Prolific, as well as your background and aspirations.

Hiring Manager Interview: You'll interview with two members of the team, one of which will be the hiring manager. You'll have the opportunity to ask about the company and the role, and we'll ask you questions about your experiences and goals. Panel Interview: We'll hold a panel interview that evaluates skills required for the role. You'll meet with more of our team and may be asked to complete a presentation or task. You'll be compensated with a £50 voucher 💰 for completing the task because we know your time is valuable! Final Interview: We will deep dive into your past experiences, goals, motivations, and skills all aligned to our Prolific Principles. You'll speak with two to three members of the team and - as always - have an opportunity to ask questions about the role and company.
