We’re looking for a full time Registered Nutritional Therapist to join us as our Lead Practitioner within Peppy's Nutrition and Weight Management team.Working within the small, close-knit Nutrition & Weight Management team, you will split your time between content creation (eg. writing group programmes, video creation, hosting online events) and overseeing and supporting the team of Nutrition Practitioners.As the Lead Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the service Director to shape and further develop the scope of the existing service. You will also be responsible for the quality assurance of the Practitioners group chats and will be involved in the development of the practitioners within your team.This role is offered on a fully remote, full-time basis - (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Qualifications, Experience and Essential Knowledge:

  • Qualifications:
  • Be a BANT or AFN registered Nutritional Therapist (essential).
  • Have a Diploma, BSc or greater in Nutritional Therapy, with at least 5 years post qualification experience (essential).
  • Ideally you will also have a Health Coaching qualification (desirable).

  • Essential Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 5+ years working as a registered Nutritional Therapist.
  • Must have significant one-to-one clinical experience after your qualification has been achieved (please do not count student clinic hours as experience) with verifiable and demonstrable experience working with a variety of different health conditions and weight management.
  • You will be a highly credible, dynamic and experienced leader, able to demonstrate significant experience of managing and developing teams.
  • You must have experience in creating content and delivering Nutrition events and courses (preferably online).
  • You will be a champion of change, an advocate of the development of our services, able to drive and promote continuous improvement.
  • You will be confident working autonomously, able to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders internally and externally.
  • You have great presentation skills with previous experience of public speaking / presenting and are comfortable on camera.
  • You’re the type of person who sees opportunities to improve the support offered to our clients.
  • Experience in both men’s and women’s health, ideally with specific experience within menopause health, weight management, bone health and cardiovascular health, PCOS, endometriosis and menstrual related issues.
  • Evidence based writing experience.
  • Bonus points if you also have:
  • Previous experience of group coaching using video and written materials.
  • Previous involvement in projects that incorporated digital health technology.

  • Required Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of Mac & Microsoft packages and Messaging systems such as WhatsApp
  • Up-to-date knowledge with regards to clinical best practice
  • Implementation of research based practice
  • Bonus points if you also have:
  • Experience using Powerpoint or Canva to create presentations, information handouts or infographics
