Life as a Enterprise Account Executive at Peppy:
- Be responsible for managing the full sales process from lead generation through to close, for enterprise clients with 5,000+ employees.
- Receive leads from our Demand Generation function and SDRs, but you will also be responsible for generating new business with outbound sales strategies.
- Act as a mentor to SDRs and more junior Account Executives within the team.
- Manage multiple senior stakeholders within each enterprise client that you engage with.
Our dream Enterprise Account Executive has:
- 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive working in a B2B SaaS sales environment.
- A track record of success within a (Series A-D) startup or scale-up and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in selling to enterprise level clients (5,000+ employees) and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Well-honed sales skills including negotiation, managing objections and closing.
