Personal Assistant to Regional Manager
- Support one of our Regional Managers
- Provide effective and confidential administration support
- Hybrid working to support business needs with up to 80% homeworking option
About the role
This exciting role is all about keeping things running smoothly! You'll manage important communications to ensure timely responses and clear priorities, while organising meetings, events, travel, and accommodation to perfection.
You'll also prepare and handle key documents, track budgets, and oversee health and safety processes. Plus, with delegated authority, you'll take charge of authorising purchases, approving holiday requests, organising IT equipment and more.

About you
A self-starter, with the ability to multitask and make informed decisions you’ll need recent administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages. With excellent attention to detail, organisation skills, you must be a clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Supporting senior managers with demanding schedules, you'll need to work independently, managing your daily tasks with confidence.
As you'll handle highly sensitive and confidential information, it's essential that you demonstrate discretion and professionalism. This high-profile role requires regular engagement with a variety of stakeholders across the business, so a proactive, confident approach is key to success.
You’ll also be proficient in minute taking, ensuring accurate and concise documentation of meetings and discussions. You’ll bring proven experience in a previous Personal Assistant (PA) roles from within Financial Services, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and handling correspondence with attention to detail and efficiency.
