Lead Pricing Analyst – Customer Outcomes
About the role
Working in Pricing at NFU Mutual feels genuinely different. With a strong focus on customers rather than shareholders, the team's work has real impact, supporting local communities, protecting livelihoods and helping our UK-wide Agency Network deliver exceptional service.
As a Lead Pricing Analyst within the Pricing Customer Outcomes team, you'll play a key role in monitoring customer outcomes across our pricing portfolio. You'll analyse pricing, customer and business data to identify trends, emerging risks and areas requiring further investigation, helping to ensure our pricing approaches continue to deliver fair and appropriate customer outcomes.
You'll also support the assessment of pricing-related issues and business change, providing robust analysis to understand customer, financial and regulatory impacts. This could include identifying affected customer groups, quantifying impacts and providing evidence-based insight to support governance and remediation decisions.
Working closely with stakeholders across Pricing, Underwriting, Remediation and IT, you'll provide analytical expertise, constructive challenge and clear recommendations to support informed decision-making. Alongside this, you'll continue to develop your technical expertise and contribute to building capability across the wider team.
About you
You'll be an analytically minded individual who enjoys using data to solve complex problems and support informed decision-making. Comfortable working with large datasets, you'll be able to assess customer, financial and regulatory impacts, translate complex findings into meaningful insight and make evidence-based recommendations.
You'll bring a collaborative approach and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong relationships while balancing business needs, customer outcomes and regulatory expectations. You'll combine technical capability with strong communication skills, attention to detail and sound judgement to deliver high-quality outcomes for both customers and the business.
You'll also bring:
