Job Description
Digital Delivery Lead
- Support the delivery of NFU Mutual’s Digital Strategy.
- Coordinate change across digital channels.
- Champion governance, reporting, and supplier collaboration.
About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Delivery Lead to support the delivery of NFU Mutual’s Digital Customer Strategy roadmap and ongoing change activity across our digital channels including websites, online accounts, self-service journeys, and future apps. Working closely with the Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll help ensure that governance, processes, documentation, budget management, and reporting are introduced and then maintained to high standards.
You’ll coordinate demand management across digital workstreams, track delivery progress, and provide insight to stakeholders on performance and budget status. You’ll also work with third-party suppliers to manage finance and change activities, ensuring efficient operations across licences, contracts, and invoicing.
As part of the wider digital team, you’ll support the administration of the Group Digital budget and help maintain programme controls, including risks, issues, and dependencies. You’ll play a key role in organising meetings and workshops, supporting audits and assurance reviews, and helping the team deliver an excellent customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in digital or IT change programmes who’s looking to grow their delivery expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
About you
You’re an autonomous detail-oriented delivery professional with a passion for digital transformation. You’ve supported large-scale change programmes and understand the importance of governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You’re confident working with suppliers, managing budgets, and juggling competing priorities and you bring a proactive mindset to everything you do.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience supporting digital, IT, or large-scale business change programmes
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft DevOps
- Proven ability to support large budgets
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Knowledge of change management best practice and continuous improvement
