The opportunity:

As Multiverse’s Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager, you will build our US B2B partnership strategy from the ground up to accelerate our rocketship growth in the US market, our fastest growing market at Multiverse. As our first partnerships hire, you will build and own our US partnerships strategy and execute it with senior Multiverse leaders and cross functional stakeholders across the organization. Your partnership strategy will:

  • Launch and manage relationships with B2B tech content partners, CSR workforce development funding partners, and implementation partners that drive digital transformation for clients

  • Drive awareness of Multiverse among CxOs via co-marketing

  • Gain access to new B2B audiences for co-selling or selling through and build scalable paths for generating top of funnel growth & new logo acquisition

  • Create a B2B partner ecosystem that balances Multiverse’s business needs across go-to-market functions, platform capabilities, market trends, and partner feedback

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building our B2B end-to-end US partnership growth strategy and executing on your roadmap to build our partnerships function from the ground up

  • Evaluating partner opportunities, and providing recommendations on which opportunities to prioritize

  • Partnering within the B2B Marketing team, as well as working closely with Sales, Data & Insights, Product & Engineering, and Learning to build seamless partner and customer experiences

  • Serving as an expert on US partnerships for Multiverse leadership, and manage relationships with partners

  • Working with a world-class go-to-market team that helped the business achieve a valuation of $1.7b Series D

To be a successful candidate…

  • Strategic and scrappy – you will be excited to work on challenging problems in a fast-paced environment, and generate new ideas that contribute to Multiverse’s rocket-ship growth

  • Track record in building strategic partnerships – demonstrated 3+ years of experience building and growing partnerships, identifying and prioritizing partnership opportunities, working with cross functional stakeholders across your organization and partner organizations to stand up partnerships

  • Collaborative communicator and stakeholder - whether managing a team or working with internal stakeholders and external partners, you can influence others, communicate clearly, and build followership

  • Track record in data-driven, strategic thinking – demonstrated 3+ years of experience in project management, problem solving, and operationalizing strategies in a marketing role, management consulting role, finance or banking role, or a strategy / growth role

  • Great teammate – you will be a world class collaborator with internal and external partners, and will evangelize Multiverse’s mission in your work

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - you can analyze large sets of data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations

  • Ownership mindset - you’ll succeed in an ambiguous environment and proactively do what’s needed to surpass your goals

  • Technical bent - you have a tendency to roll up your sleeves, execute solutions to complex problems, and iterate continuously

  • Passionate about the mission - you believe in the power of apprenticeships to change people’s lives

Salary Information:

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000.
