Job Description

We’re on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders. We do that through professional apprenticeships because we believe learning on-the-job creates a more equitable and successful path to careers. We find, train and support talented individuals, wherever they are in their career journey, and equip them with the in-demand tech, software engineering, and data skills to transform their careers and deliver a better route to growth for their employers.

We’ve had some big achievements. We hit 10,000 apprentices in our community - and counting. We launched one of the largest data apprenticeship programs in the UK with Jaguar Land Rover, and we’ve partnered with companies like Mars, Verizon and CitiBank. Not to forget becoming a mission-driven EdTech unicorn after our $220m Series D.

But we aren’t stopping here. Join Multiverse and build the future of learning at work.

The opportunity

You’ll join the Apprentice Marketing team at Multiverse to create engaging content that drives awareness and growth across our B2C channels - ensuring our core audiences understand the value of on-the-job learning through professional apprenticeships.

You’ll have a clear perspective on the voice of our audience - be they a young adult taking an apprenticeship as they enter the workforce or an individual looking to reskill or upskill during their career.

This is a global role with global ambitions - you thrive off gaining a deep understanding of your target consumers and delivering content that speaks to consumer pain points. You love collaborating with Brand, Growth, and CRM/lifecycle teams - and bringing your point of view and narrative to an end-to-end consumer journey. You’re responsible for our content strategy for apprentice acquisition and retention.

Specifically, you will

  • Produce and distribute content across many channels, including SEO, email, social, website, paid media, and more - with goals of brand credibility and driving apprentices to register interest and apply.

  • Research and understand the landscape we operate in, including competitive benchmarking, content trends, keywords, and business needs

  • Create various content types, including one-pagers, web content, videos, blog posts, case studies, and more

  • Identify highest priority untapped opportunities to drive awareness and growth for our B2C audiences that leverage content

  • Monitor performance of content distribution, partnering with channel owners; recognize trends and react with new recommendations

  • Build content production process for scale, so we can efficiently grow

  • Manage and brief external agencies to deliver editorial calendar and content production

  • We are a two-sided marketplace - partner with B2B content and Brand team to understand where you have points of leverage and difference

  • Partner with other teams who form part of our B2C journey - Sales, Admissions, Coaches & Delivery and Tech

About you

  • Track record of 7+ years in content marketing with a focus on consumer audience

  • Ownership mindset - you’ll succeed in an ambiguous environment and proactively do what’s needed to surpass your goals

  • Project management - attention to detail while also driving towards long-term goals

  • Creative bent - you have the ability to take projects from initial concept stages through to completion with a resolve to create the best customer experience

  • Excellent writing - you love to write and edit content and have experience in SAAS/scale-up marketing

  • Critical thinking skills - you can analyze data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations.

  • Collaborative stakeholder - whether managing a team or working with internal and external partners, you can influence others and build followership
