Job Description

We’re on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders. We do that through professional apprenticeships because we believe learning on-the-job creates a more equitable and successful path to careers. We find, train and support talented individuals, wherever they are in their career journey, and equip them with the in-demand tech, software engineering, and data skills to transform their careers and deliver a better route to growth for their employers.

We’ve had some big achievements. We hit 10,000 apprentices in our community - and counting. We launched one of the largest data apprenticeship programs in the UK with Jaguar Land Rover, and we’ve partnered with companies like Mars, Verizon and CitiBank. Not to forget becoming a mission-driven EdTech unicorn after our $220m Series D.

But we aren’t stopping here. Join Multiverse and build the future of learning at work.

Requirements

The opportunity

Multiverse is looking for an exceptional Senior Analyst to join the GTM, Strategy & Analysis team to optimise and drive Multiverse’s GTM growth engine. This includes, but is not limited to, building out and optimising our sales productivity with modelling and insights, analysing trends to determine our GTM effectiveness, partnering with the Sales teams and Senior leadership, and leading strategy projects to further accelerate our growth engine. To excel in this role, you will need to be analytically-driven, willing to get deep into the weeds to find answers to critical business problems, while also being collaborative as you work closely on cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops teams. This role will report directly to the Head of Sales Strategy & Analysis.

Specifically, you will:

  • Gather, analyse, and present data and information from multiple data sources and create reports and tools to evaluate achievement of sales targets, monitor forecasting and measure strategic objectives

  • Increase GTM team productivity by identifying process improvements across the Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success teams

  • Work closely with Regional Directors in our Sales team, and the rest of GTM leadership to understand their reporting needs and translate these into business, functional and technical requirements

  • Lead cross-functional projects that have revenue implications for the GTM business

  • Execute on critical business analytics requests in partnership with GTM teams (e.g., dashboard builds, reporting for QBRs, etc.)

  • Provide key ad-hoc analyses (e.g., pipeline coverage, AE performance, productivity models, etc.) to help the management team refine/adjust the strategy as needed.

  • Support and promote a wider data culture within GTM, to ensure adoption of key data processes and tools, and work closely with Multiverse’s central Data team to develop new resources.

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably at a technology company or consulting firm; previous roles may include GTM or Sales Strategy and Operations Lead, Marketing Insights Lead, etc.

  • Experience of turning data into actionable insights, building models and tracking indicators

  • Enjoy navigating uncertainty and answering complex business decisions independently

  • You can communicate complex problems and analyses simply to stakeholders across all levels, departments and between both technical and non-technical colleagues

  • Strong expertise in quantitative analysis: using MS Excel / Gsheets, strong plus if you have experience working with databases for analysis, data visualisation tools, or SQL.

  • Experience with leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) and experience creating C-suite-level dashboards within said CRM platforms

  • Proactive and intellectually curious, with a track record of identifying strategic opportunities that have positively impacted revenue or other business outcomes

  • Prior experience working Sales Strategy or Operations, Management Consulting or Finance.

  • You are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all candidates have equitable access to apprenticeship opportunities

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 7 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days and 4 company-wide wellbeing days

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Gympass and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid & remote work offering - with weekly or monthly visits to the London office and the opportunity to work abroad 45 days a year

  • Team fun - weekly socials, company wide events and office snacks!
