We’re on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders. We do that through professional apprenticeships because we believe learning on-the-job creates a more equitable and successful path to careers. We find, train and support talented individuals, wherever they are in their career journey, and equip them with the in-demand tech, software engineering, and data skills to transform their careers and deliver a better route to growth for their employers.
We’ve had some big achievements. We hit 10,000 apprentices in our community - and counting. We launched one of the largest data apprenticeship programs in the UK with Jaguar Land Rover, and we’ve partnered with companies like Mars, Verizon and CitiBank. Not to forget becoming a mission-driven EdTech unicorn after our $220m Series D.
But we aren’t stopping here. Join Multiverse and build the future of learning at work.
tl;dr: Multiverse is looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to support both sides of our marketplace (attracting apprentices and matching them to incredible opportunities with companies).
Specifically, you will
Lead new product, program, and narrative launches - you are an effective project leader and understand how to move a cross-functional team toward common goals
Drive project-based voice of customer and voice of apprentice research - you are comfortable conducting product validations and working with market research partners to derive insights that will inform change
Create compelling and structured messaging - you’ll write positioning statements that resonate with your audience, and you’ll also structure internal communications so your work can be understood by everyone
Own competitive landscape analysis - you’ll become the go-to-expert on market trends that will help shape the product roadmap
Establish success metrics - you’re analytical and comfortable reporting out on program performance to key stakeholders
Craft sales narrative and enable field teams - you know how to generate excitement for a product launch and equip sales teams with compelling assets
Partner with B2B/B2C marketing experts on campaigns - you’ll lead cross-functional implementation of global marketing plans to drive product awareness and adoption
You have 4-6 years of relevant experience in product marketing, including interfacing with Sales, Product and Growth Marketing stakeholders
You are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all candidates have equitable access to apprenticeship opportunities
You’ve led initiatives in marketing, strategy, or pricing roles at hyper-growth companies and have a track record of impact and excellence
You are a proactive, effective communicator, able to adapt to changing priorities, and are excited about working in a diverse, distributed team
You have a positive-sum mentality - you’re equally excited about both rolling up your sleeves to get something done and reflecting on the bigger picture
You are comfortable with and motivated by high-expectations stakeholders; you are able to earn trust and retain it through difficult situations
You have high internal expectations for what is possible and the ability to bring others along on that journey
Bonus points if you have previous EdTech and/or start-up experience
