The Opportunity

Learning Designers are responsible for creating the curriculum for our world-class apprenticeship programs in fulfilment of our ambition to build an alternative to university. We are looking for someone who is interested in designing instructional programs, and wants to create a massive impact by unlocking the potential of underrepresented talent through applied learning.

This is a unique opportunity to lead high-profile learning design initiatives in a high-growth business, working closely with teams across the business.

Specifically, you will...

• Design best-in-class curriculum for Multiverse’s Software Engineering program

• Collaborate with Product Manager, Learning Designer, and Subject Matter Expert in researching, scoping, designing, and developing hands-on, learner-centric content

• Embed Multiverse’s applied learning approach in all our content

• Bring your curiosity and deep knowledge of learning and learning technology to ensure that Multiverse is on the forefront of trends in highly effective learning

A Bit About You...

• 4+ years of experience in learning design, including within higher education, or commercial environment

• 1+ years of experience with computer science and coding language(s) such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, C# OR 2+ years of experience as a computer science educator

• Have a track record of excellence and impact

• Are successful at collaborating with stakeholders to lead successful projects Communicate effectively and are continuously looking for ways to grow, learn, and improve

• Are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all people, regardless of background, have access to the best opportunities.
