The Opportunity
Learning Designers are responsible for creating the curriculum for our world-class apprenticeship programs in fulfilment of our ambition to build an alternative to university. We are looking for someone who is interested in designing instructional programs, and wants to create a massive impact by unlocking the potential of underrepresented talent through applied learning.
This is a unique opportunity to lead high-profile learning design initiatives in a high-growth business, working closely with teams across the business.
Specifically, you will...
Design best-in-class curriculum for Multiverse’s Software Engineering program
Collaborate with Product Manager, Learning Designer, and Subject Matter Expert in researching, scoping, designing, and developing hands-on, learner-centric content
Embed Multiverse’s applied learning approach in all our content
Bring your curiosity and deep knowledge of learning and learning technology to ensure that Multiverse is on the forefront of trends in highly effective learning
A Bit About You...
4+ years of experience in learning design, including within higher education, or commercial environment
1+ years of experience with computer science and coding language(s) such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, C# OR 2+ years of experience as a computer science educator
Have a track record of excellence and impact
Are successful at collaborating with stakeholders to lead successful projects Communicate effectively and are continuously looking for ways to grow, learn, and improve
Are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all people, regardless of background, have access to the best opportunities.
