The Opportunity:

As part of our growth, we're expanding our IT Operations team to introduce a role specialising in IT projects. This position plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating IT projects to enhance overall efficiency, security and excellence across IT here at Multiverse.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate strategic, cross-functional IT initiatives that impact the organisation.

  2. Efficiency Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value in IT systems and processes.

  3. Operational Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of operational plans for key IT projects, ensuring milestones are defined.

  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure smooth operation of cross-business IT systems, adhering to quality standards and organisational objectives.

  5. IT Project Support: Assist in specialised IT projects, including process mapping, and business/systems needs analysis.

  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, contributing to regional expansion, system adoption, and knowledge systems from an IT perspective.

This role reports to the IT Ops team and focuses on coordinating IT projects to contribute to the overall success and growth of our organisation through effective IT operations support.


What You'll Need:

  1. Project Management & Support: Strong ability to deliver high-quality results on time, with experience supporting and leading complex projects ideally within an IT or technical environment. Previous experience supporting an organisation to achieve ISO27001 accreditation would be highly advantageous.

  2. IT Operations Exposure: Familiarity with IT operations, consulting, or business planning roles in dynamic environments.

  3. Stakeholder management - Ability to demonstrate strong communication and relationship management with stakeholders at all levels. Being the go-to person in your field.

  4. Results-focused Mindset: Actively contribute to team impact in a constantly evolving environment.

  5. Analytical & Proactive: Comfortable with numbers, data analysis, and proactive support for IT-related challenges.
