  • Prepare bi-weekly and submittal packages of federated models as required.
  • Set up, configure, and manage project BIM platforms for coordination.
  • Hold coordination workshops and manage coordination spaces.
  • Run clash tests for disciplines and interfaces using Navisworks and/or Revizto.
  • Create and assign issues, compile clash reports, and track resolution.
  • Manage ACC Issues Management – creating, reporting, and tracking issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project-specific modeling and drawing standards.
  • Support BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination in all project phases.
  • Coordinate design matters between key project stakeholders.
  • Compile coordination reports and communicate complex technical concepts using 3D digital models.
  • Guide and mentor BIM Modelers, identifying training requirements and managing the modeling team.

Candidate Specification

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in BIM coordination across MEP and structural disciplines.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and preferably Revizto; Bentley Open Suite experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of model management and federation workflows.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is a plus.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.
  • Preferred Experience in Data management systems (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, Microsoft SharePoint).
