We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of a large-scale transport infrastructure program in Los Angeles. This program will play a critical role in preparing the city for a global mega event. The Scheduler will work closely with the Lead Scheduler, designers, contractors, and program managers to develop, update, and monitor project schedules across multiple workstreams.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in developing construction schedules for individual projects within the program.
  • Update schedules regularly as design progresses and project milestones evolve.
  • Contribute to the preparation and monthly update of the Master Program Schedule (MPS).
  • Ensure integration of planning, design, procurement, construction, and program milestones.
  • Review designer baseline schedules, monthly updates, and earned value reports.
  • Support reconciliation of Construction Contract Time Determination (CTD) schedules.
  • Monitor contractor schedules and progress against planned completion and contract milestones.
  • Provide scheduling input for Value Engineering (VE) studies, risk analyses, and claims (time entitlement analysis).
  • Work with designers to define construction phasing and establish contract milestones.
  • Prepare schedule reports including monthly updates, 6-week look-aheads, and schedule “hot lists.”
  • Communicate schedule status clearly and highlight critical activities requiring attention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in project scheduling, with at least 5 years on large-scale infrastructure projects (transport, rail, or mixed-use developments).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software (expert-level preferred). Ability to prepare cost/schedule analysis and presentations (graphic, written, and verbal).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines under pressure.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
