Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a talented and skilled tunnel engineer to participate in our varied infrastructure and tunnel projects in Hong Kong. Join our Hong Kong-based tunnel team and take the lead in shaping future through engineering.

As a Principal Tunnels Engineer, you'll help the company meet technical and regulatory standards in tunnel, geotechnical and structural design. Through clear documentation and coordination, the Principal Tunnels engineer contributes to client satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities. Based in Hong Kong, as part of and supporting our Asia unit team, you may also have the opportunity to, in addition to supporting the portfolio of Hong Kong projects, navigate and support some of the regional projects across Asia (e.g. Singapore) based on needs.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to projects as per the specific needs of the project at different stages
  • Lead the team in carrying out technical design based on relevant ordinances, code of practices, guidelines and design requirements
  • Provide technical input for structural design, analysis and numerical model
  • Contribute to business development and client engagement
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions to engineering design
